The one thing to know
You don’t have to navigate protecting your family on your own. We’re here to guide you through the process, provide advice and make suitable recommendations based on your circumstances.
The biggest myth
In 2025 we supported 100 claims, and £1,133,478 was paid out to our clients. Our Claims Report shows who claimed, what for, and how we helped from the first call to the final payout.
Where to start
A lot of people think they don’t need protection until they start looking at their liabilities and what would happen if something went wrong.

I once restructured a client’s historic and new policies, including putting policies into trust, upgrading their Critical Illness Cover and adding additional benefits such as fracture cover.
The client later made a claim and received a payout across all of the policies they claimed on. Although it was a very sad situation, I was pleased that I had been able to provide the client and their family with additional protection that they didn’t have before. It reinforced how important it is to make sure the right cover is in place.

Ryan didn’t just sell me something - he helped me understand it.
Ryan made me feel like a person, not a policy. He explained the differences between providers and even flagged things I hadn’t thought of. Left the call with the best cover I’ve ever had, and complete confidence in it.
Ryan helped us get joint life cover and critical illness sorted. He made a daunting task feel like a simple conversation. Massive thanks for his time, patience, and honesty.
I’ve been with Waddle for eight years. Before that, I worked for another Life Insurance company in a non-advised role.
Waddle was a new project at the time, and I really liked the vision for the company, its growth and the direction it was heading in. The values and morals of the business also really stood out to me, and I wanted to be part of building something with a clear purpose.
I enjoy developing people with less experience, passing on my knowledge and best practice, and seeing them become better advisers.
I’m proud of the part I’ve played in seeing Waddle improve year after year, and I’ve really enjoyed being able to represent the company at industry awards and seeing our hard work recognised.

The best advisers aren’t simply selling a product, they’re helping the client achieve an outcome. They take an educational approach, are thorough, avoid unnecessary jargon and make sure the client genuinely understands what they’re putting in place.
Honesty first. You need empathy, active listening and good note taking, as well as a genuine understanding of everything the client tells you.
Making sure they have suitable and sufficient cover in place to protect themselves and their family.
Being part of the bigger picture. I enjoy helping the company grow and develop and being part of building something better.
It’s particularly rewarding to have been part of the growth that has led to Waddle receiving recognition within the industry.
