Our core values aren’t just words on a page - they guide how we treat our customers, support our people, and challenge the industry to do better.
We put our customers first - always. Every decision, every strategy, every goal starts with what’s best for them.
Looking after our own matters just as much as looking after our clients. We’ve built an environment where our team feel supported when they need it most.
Everyone deserves a voice at Waddle. By celebrating differences and listening to every perspective, we build a stronger, fairer company for both staff and customers.
We’re not here to do things the old way. We challenge the status quo to find smarter, fairer, and more future-proof ways to protect our clients.
At Waddle, we believe a great team isn’t just built in the office - it’s forged through adventures, challenges, and plenty of laughs along the way. From mud, sweat, and bruises to high ropes and obstacle courses, our team events give us the chance to bond, let loose, and come back with stories that last long after the day is done.
From zorb football and paintballing to Ninja Warrior courses, we throw ourselves into activities that test teamwork, grit, and our sense of humour.
Whether it’s Go Ape or Heatherton, we love tackling challenges in the great outdoors (even if it means a few sore muscles the next day).
Every event ends with laughs, inside jokes, and stories that keep the energy buzzing back at Waddle HQ.
Charity is woven into life at Waddle - from Christmas presents, Childrens Charities, local food banks and national sports teams, we put our time, energy, and heart into causes that matter to us.
At Waddle, we’re proud to champion inclusivity in sport by sponsoring two incredible teams: Merched Cymru, Wales’ first female mixed ability rugby side, and the Llanelli Warriors, pioneers of mixed ability rugby in the country. Both teams are breaking barriers and proving that rugby really is for everyone. Their passion, resilience, and sense of community mirror our own values - which makes supporting their journey something we’re hugely proud of.
Christmas should be magical for every child, but sadly that’s not always the case. Through the Mr X Children’s Appeal, we’ve donated thousands of presents over the last seven years to disadvantaged children who otherwise wouldn’t have a gift under the tree. For us, it’s about more than presents - it’s about making sure every child feels seen, valued, and included at a time that matters most.
Supporting our local community is close to our heart, which is why we get involved all year round. From regular food donations to Sketty Food Bank to our annual Easter egg collections for children battling cancer, our team rallies together to bring a little extra support where it’s needed. Small acts of kindness, repeated often, make a big difference - and that’s what we’re here for.
Staying active is part of life at Waddle. From tennis to Muay Thai, yoga to circuit training, our clubs and sessions keep the team moving, social, and feeling good - because wellbeing works best when it’s done together.
When tennis season rolls around, you’ll find the Waddle crew on court, rallying well past office hours. Weekly matches bring out our competitive streak (and some very questionable serves), but the truth is, Ryan and Charlotte are basically unbeatable. It’s become a tradition that keeps us sharp, social, and just a little bit smug when we finally land an ace.
Our running club is more than just a way to stretch our legs at lunch - it’s about team spirit, fitness, and giving back. From steady lunchtime jogs to training together for 10Ks, we’ve also laced up for charity causes that matter to us. Huge shout-out to Charlotte, Josh, Liam, Declan and Sam for keeping the pace strong and the encouragement flowing - nobody ever gets left behind.
From circuits to yoga to Muay Thai, our on-site gyms have become the heart of our group training sessions. There’s something for everyone, whether it’s breaking a sweat, learning new skills, or just enjoying the buzz of working out together. Special mention to Mia, Ange and Olab - unstoppable forces who set the bar high and inspire the rest of us to keep pushing.

From BBQs in the sunshine to hearty homemade Welsh cawl in the winter, sharing food is part of who we are - good meals, good company, and plenty of laughs around the table.
If our culture sounds like your kind of thing - honest, supportive, and full of people who actually give a damn - then you might just fit right in. We’re all about growing together, backing each other, and building careers that matter.
